Strategy for Patient Satisfaction
For United Health care one strategy that they talk about using are the surveys to get a feel regarding patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction surveys are a good strategy for the organization because they will be able to permit organizational leaders to have some strong understandings into the inner workings of their healthcare setting (Safavi 2006). The United Health in the near future will become a prime example of a multidisciplinary institution that will be able to encounter issues connected to patient satisfaction, and positively speak to them through a real-time valuation of patient and staff satisfaction for a concentrated and well-organized development procedure.
