Plus the printing of pamphlets and educational material to draw Airtel's clients into the service providing plan, and this could reach into $25 million.For partnering with Glo Mobile and accessing its 31 million subscribers, the partnership would likely cost the same as with Airtel and be at about $200 million and revenues would depend on user rate fees, but it would be suggested that these be placed at $10 per user as this is a competitive price. It would cut down on net gain but the revenues for this partnership would come in at just over $300 million.
Advertising costs and set-up costs for working with Glo Mobile would be identical to those of Airtel and there would not be any adjustment here as the service is essentially identical in format.
With Etisalat, the cost of partnering would be less, at approximately $100 million and the fees could be competitive at $10 per user, placing the revenue at $215 million, which could be doubled if fees are likewise put at $20, but rates would likely not be that high so as to remain competitive.
Etisalat would also have the same marketing and set-up costs associated with the other four and maintenance and consumer relations, staffing costs would also have to be taken into consideration for each of the four partnership deals. Staffing alone could reaching into the million dollar range depending upon the type of consumer relations services to be provided and whether they would be provided in-house or outsourced to a professional team designed to handle such points. This could be in $10 million range, which would also cause the company to consider raising rate fees for users at least over the
