The organization constantly handles new project and therefore there is a constant need for recruiting people to take part in these projects. Whenever there are announcements of a new project within the organization there are numerous applications that are got. This means that there has to be a thorough recruitment process with appropriate strategies to be used for the numerous numbers of applications received.Internal; recruitment strategies
These in-house recruitment efforts provide the company with a constant and solid pool of applicants. Through postings that are done internally the company will be able to locate candidates that have the appropriate mix of talent and appropriate experience. For instance a project manager that has a record of demonstrated success which is related to achievements, dedication and performance will be a representation of an ideal candidate for internal recruitment in this project. If recruitment is done from within then employees will be encouraged mentally to strive for excellence and ensure that they are constantly seeking training and educational opportunities in order to make improvements and elevate their skills ( Long, 2010).There can also be employee referrals done within the organizations.an employee can be aware of someone who is good at a specific role that is required within the project .for instance as a web designer in Bluebeam software, Inc.; and having worked in another organization before with other people I can referee some of the people who I had worked with successfully in other projects elsewhere. This is good since I know the background of those I have refereed and have their track record hence have some proof of their abi

External Recruitment strategies
Not only can those who work in the organization tackle part in this project. The company can decide to attract top recruits and candidates from outside the company. For a specific entry level such as project manager and web designer for instance in this project there are specific training and education that will be looked at. The company might consider recruiting graduates from technical programs or colleges. Some of the strategies that can be used for recruitment include conducting campus job fairs that advertise projects available in the company, and posting with career service officer's .another strategy is recruiting through radio, newspaper and other media outlets .this ensures that the company is able to reach a large audience (Long, 2010).
Other strategies
Customers can be very resourceful when it comes to recruitment of the appropriate candidates for specific roles. There are many people who Bluebeam software, Inc.; has rendered their services to and who we have personal relationships with. We can ask them to refer candidates for the positions that are available. There can also be the use of employment agencies to help I the recruitment process. The company should ensure that they provide the agency with sufficient information as it relates to the particular roles and requirements for the role. They will use this information to develop candidates who are suitable for the roles that need to be taken up.
All these strategies used should have fair employment considerations.in order to avoid illegal screening of applicants that have disabilities the job duties should be listed with a description of the necessary tasks and how they will be performed ( Recruiter.com, 2013).
