Safety's Sake: A Case Study of School Security

Efforts and Their Impact on Education Reform

In this article, the seven single sex schools of Black and Latino males and the scenarios in which they fall has been discussed. We also get some point of Black and Latinos male school system in the same article to evaluate why this group is affecting other school systems. It will be evaluated and suggested that how the system can be developed and established for black and Latino males.

The Black and Latino males are the group of school who are victims of violating the school system and due to the violation; it badly affects the discipline of any school system within USA. Black and Latino males are the group of students who are included in the low grade category and not welcomed to enroll in colleges mostly. In some scenarios, they are often absent from the school and not take their classes regularly because of that they suspended or expelled from school. Moreover, they are unable to take higher education because of this irresponsible and less focused attitude towards education.

In this duration of life, the damage trend continues to prevail within Black and Latino males adults also. The race between the gender and complex can create the generation vulnerable which has a big gape. For avoiding this violation, some schools are imposing strict security arrangements. The schools are imposing the strict security measures in terms of cameras, army guard and armed security personnel to enhance the security plans.

THEORY-1

The single-sex school is the strategy of the boys of colors who have grown exponentially. For the purpose of stopping this color difference between the color boys, Black and Latino Males School needs to develop some strategies such as development, programming, social and emotional community services. It is not possible to implement these strategies without understanding school system and several theories which implies to make suitable programs for the schools.

To understand the strategy of this article we consider some important theories about why the single-sex school face challenges and why they need the Black and Latino boys or either the school system. To support and develop secure suggestion, we discuss about the following strategies and programs within these theories.

THEORY-2

In the theory 1, we discuss about the social and emotional needs of the Black and Latino boys. If we talk about the emotional needs, it means caring and if we consider social means then school focus on the academic performance of the student in terms of emotional needs. If we want to achieve goals related to social and emotional need for Black and the Latino boys so we have to establish a good educational atmosphere and should try to remove the cultural damages and discrimination which causes the color boys vulnerable. These boys leave negative effect over the proper development and counseling of student with negative things. The reasons of such actions and violence by students or boys are because of their families, poverty and their poor atmosphere.

Here, the school staff needs to change the ideas of a man which start from their school classic or depend upon the school teachers. For this purpose, the school staff should understand their students' absence and presence in the class specially the parents of color boys. This is the first step toward academic engagement of color boys. The boys with a negative role cannot concern to achieve success.

According to some expert, teacher can help to reduce negativity with color boys; the negative influence of a male is between the life style of living home, schools. The goal of the school staff is to realize Black and Latino boys that how to come out from the negative influence, they also help them to realize that they also have some other options except make violence. The staff also considers the point of the identity between the color student and the white student and provide them strict atmosphere as they under their parents. These strategies also help the teacher to terminate the differences between them.

The identity is an important component of single-sex school system. It gives the self sense and confidence to the Black or Latino males as well as help student to face the challenges outside the school boundaries. Another important fact that student overcome is their psychological issues.

It also sees that the needs of social and emotional theories are beneficial to resist the Black and Latino males system. A large number of Black or Latin boys have lack of education but they are involving in education because of the determination created by staff, leaders and teachers. They develop a brotherhood system between the color and the white boys and establish their emerging academic identities.

A teacher or we can say a leader is actually preparing a student who can accomplish the challenges of future. From child to educated young man a leader make a moral role for any student. A young educated man leads next generation except to influence with the negative culture, we should vanish the difference between the Black and Latin and move ourselves towards the school system who teaches the student how to live with positive direction and how we can control our life and live in the society with positive influence.

THEORY 3:

After the development of strategy regarding emotional and social needs of Black and Latino, the five schools started working on their academic needs. It should be very clear to the leaders or the teachers to understand their students' academic needs. It is important to consider because at the time, teachers start considering their schools' Black and Latino male student academic record their related life opportunities and achievements.

Education gap is a major area through which government can evaluate the academic record of Black and Latin students and group. The reason of this major gap is lack of experience as compare to the high school students especially in terms of their literacy. Another major reason is the lack of their thinking and skills too. For the purpose of removing these weaknesses, leaders should educate the color boys more properly from the basics studies and provide them the necessary skills which can help them to contribute in the success of nation and whole country.

The ignorance of public schools may be a reason of this gap such as the difference between the female and male studies and how they learn from the leaders. Sometimes, girls are taught better then the boys which may be a major reason of this gap; this situation developed and created when lower attention has been given to any sex. It reflects weak strategy of public schools studies and whether both genders of five schools provide equal opportunities for studies gives them healthy environment for their better studies and future.

The aim of five school system particularly for boys is to prepare them for the college life, for this purpose group of five schools build the Black and Latino males on equal curriculum premises. Only five schools are preparing their students for the admission in prestigious universities which is not enough for the five school students, preparing technique should be implemented in the public schools as well. For the purpose of implementing equal curriculum strategy in the public schools, some colleges should make strategy to compensate poor people and students for the public co-education systems schools.

If we talk about the academic needs of the students so that we can have thigh expectation from them by offering advance teaching methods and equal curriculum. The Black and Latino males are facing these problems especially the Black males comment on low results are just because of the social issues revolving around them. Such social and inequality issues are restricting them to study with full confidence and courage.

The low results and outcome from the students is because of the weak strategies and inputs by the public school systems, moreover the same weak strategies are also not very challenging, have low skills and unable to perform properly is the result of low expectation. While the five schools gains the opportunities for the competitive college life and make different types of the education such as they create a program of culture of excellence for the color boys for the high expectations of the students.

They implement these strategies with the strict discipline because the discipline is a basic policy for the expected students of the private universities. For the better growth of any student either he/she study in the public schools or in the single- sex five schools, leaders should implement some strong strategies which should be discussed and necessary for the success of these students.
