Management of staff by these professionals includes effective planning, scheduling, and flexibility that enable the care givers to provide their services effectively.Health Care Management:
With the rapid growth of the healthcare industry, healthcare management has developed to become a dynamic and complex field that provides several job opportunities in the field. Consequently, healthcare management professionals need to work as managers, planners, administrators, and chief executives that deal with the well-being of people. People who choose the healthcare management career are required to be sympathetic and have personality traits that foster an honest desire to assist others ("Guide to College Majors," n.d.). In addition to the desire to help others, healthcare management professionals need to have an ordinary inclination toward leadership with the ability to successfully implement techniques that are geared towards achieving maximum results.
It's important to note that healthcare management is a developing profession that has increasing opportunities in both direct and non-direct care settings. The direct care settings are those that are directly involved in providing care services to patients or clients seeking for services from the health facility. On the other hand, non-direct care settings are those that support the provision of care services by availing the necessary products and services.
The most important aspect linked to healthcare management that I want to gain by taking the class is leadership. This is largely because healthcare management is the field that focuses on providing leadership and direction to organiza

The need for leadership skills in healthcare management is critical because all the functions revolve around the provision of leadership and direction. For effectiveness in healthcare management, leadership skills in managing information, materials, people, and time.
Conclusion:
Healthcare managers and management plays a critical function in the effectiveness of care delivery within a health facility. While health care managers have the main role of management of staff, the most important aspect of healthcare management is leadership.
