These services for example include the Alzheimer's Unit that has been added to the facility for the elderly that face and deal with daily dementia issues that has no one at home to take care of them to provide safety for individuals. Human Resources have hired some experienced and trained individuals who operate this unit and meet the needs of the patients daily by building relationships, getting to know the people they work with, keeping family informed, giving medications and medical exams, and helping families make decisions about the well-being of their loved ones. The comprehensive and competitive services given are phenomenal, and the facility has saved in this service by combining more effective treatment plans in to the long-term service contract that seniors and family are looking for. The facility having these own specific services under one system builds moral and has more people interested in our treatment and costs. In order to have a good impression on the public the Religious Community and staff must keep a good image and increase the market share, and the consultants feel that the governing board should first assist the seniors by assisting them in providing affordable coverage and treatment to stay competitive to neighborhood families considering these options. Each individual who inquires about the services we provide should have thorough knowledge about the facilities offered whether they are undecided about meeting with someone to compare these institutions over others in the region. This will help the committees and managers maintain a good public image by staying active with any newcomers, checking in and routine walk though while on the premises and taking suggestions and tal

All of the organizations in the area are not-for-profit; Although Samaritan Hospital and Protestant Hospital have religious origins, they now view themselves as secular, not-for-profit organizations.
Table 1: Middleville Health Care Systems
Name Beds Admissions Census OP Visits Births Expenses (000) Personnel

The governing board of Religious hired a consulting company to evaluate its strategic performance. As part of the consultant’s evaluation, several leaders of Religious’ units were asked their perspective of the organization’s performance.
You are working for the consultant. Your job is to identify the issues from the response that should be considered further by the consultant team and possibly discussed with the governing board and the CEO. The firm has a rule, “Never offer a criticism or negative finding without suggesting how the client organization can correct it,” so you must indicate what sort of correction would be recommended as part of your list. Because you know there were about two dozen other interviews, you decide you should rank your issues in importance, to make sure the most critical are discussed.
Write a four to eight( 4-8) page report that answers the following questions:
1. Describe the five (5) important elements of the governing board’s agenda for areas of improvement in core functions.
2. Many organizations now use a balanced scorecard or multiple dimensions of performance measurement, such as productivity, profit, market trends, quality, patient satisfaction, and worker satisfaction. Describe three (3) key performance dimensions (other than those mentioned here) and include specific measures that Religious Health Care could use to improve overall institutional performance.
3. What performance measures could Religious Health Care use to evaluate nursing staff performance in its Emergency Room? Explain the rationale for each performance measure.
4. What should be the next steps taken by Religious Health Care to get better at managing specific patient groups? Explain the rationale for each step.
5. What strategies could Religious Health Care implement to enhance its public image and increase market share? Explain the rationale for each strategy.
6. Describe two (2) technology-based data collection strategies that Religious could use to conduct an internal management audit.
The format of the report is to be as follows:
o Typed, double spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides (APA format).
o Use headers for each of the subjects being covered, followed by your response.
o In addition to the four to eight (4-8) pages required, a title page is to be included. The title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name, the course title, and the date.
NOTE: One of the criteria that you will be graded on is the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your language skills, and your writing skills.
