The subject of low productivity could improve when the employee's low morale increases. Workers ought to recognize that their work is appreciated. They wish to possess a sense of belonging and feel that they are respected by both the management and their colleagues. The most appropriate action is to make individuals feel that they are a worthy and valuable member of the team.

This would improve the relationship between the employees and their employer, which in turn, would enhance the overall productivity. Eventually, the company would be able to compete in a better way in the market with the support of the top management, and strong bonds between the superiors and the subordinates.

Connect

Workers ought to feel that there exists some form of connection amidst themselves, and between them and the management. They need to feel that they have shared purposes and objectives. They also need to recognize that management knows who they are and what their job entails, in addition to being available to assist them when need be. The management also needs to spend time with the workers, as another way of creating a connection with them. The organization should, if possible, work together with them (Grier, 2011).

Recognize

Workers need acknowledgement that their work has meaning and that it is valued. Never neglect the chance to acknowledge when an individual has done a good job. The workers shall have no issues with the working hours, and better relationships amidst employees and their employers shall develop. There would also be an opinion regarding safety and the welfare measures offered by this organization. Finally, the staff's opinions and contributions ought to be appreciated and valued (Tiwari, 2014).
