This would improve the relationship between the employees and their employer, which in turn, would enhance the overall productivity. Eventually, the company would be able to compete in a better way in the market with the support of the top management, and strong bonds between the superiors and the subordinates.
Connect
Workers ought to feel that there exists some form of connection amidst themselves, and between them and the management. They need to feel that they have shared purposes and objectives. They also need to recognize that management knows who they are and what their job entails, in addition to being available to assist them when need be. The management also needs to spend time with the workers, as another way of creating a connection with them. The organization should, if possible, work together with them (Grier, 2011).
