[EXCERPT] . . . .

This financial support is used to construct new, quality health amenities and develop the quality of the existing ones. This contributes greatly to improving the quality of the community health centers in the state of New York.

The state health policies that the government has implemented on health reforms have also had a great impact on the quality of the healthcare facilities in the nation as a whole and particularly in the state of New York are very noticeable (James & Gerald, 2010). The act stated that there would be massive restructuring of the various facilities that have deteriorated in quality over the years. This recommendation by the act to develop these facilities has reduced the capacity that was exerting pressure on the limited resources in the available hospitals.

The act also passed that to improve the quality of healthcare delivery, there would be employment of more health workers hence reducing the overload on the available few doctors and nurses and thus increase their efficiency and quality of service that they deliver to the people. In addition, the policy on the issue of health insurance is a major boost to the improvement of the health services (Rao, 2012). The policy which holds insurance industry responsible for what the subscribers pay for makes it easier for the community members to afford healthcare in even private healthcare centers. This reduces the overcrowding in the community-based centers. Hence, with less population to serve the centers have a chance, to improve the quality of the kind of service they offer. Also, the community is able to achieve the kind of service they deserve from the care centers.

the reform brought about by the state policy on provision of affordable and quality health care, is one policy that has positively influenced the department of health in providing quality health services. Under this act, the part on providing effective workforce and developing and adopting infrastructure directly changes the quality of the community-based health centers (Rao, 2012). The act proposes that by establishing quality health services infrastructure and technologies, the type of service that the institution will give to the people will be improved.

The act also focuses on adoption of training initiatives and schools for training medical practitioners so as to help improve the service the people receive (Rao, 2012). These trainings will involve social ethics trainings on how to handle patients and also skills training. Moreover, the use of new technology and machinery by the health centers is a key focus on the quality of service provided. The preventive and care measures that the act advocates for also give important contribution in the process of improving health care. Strategies to provide quality new medicine for use in these facilities are also another significant milestone in the provision of the quality health care that the community deserves.

The quality of the healthcare that the state is receives from the state is quite adequate. The impact of the various polices that the government has implemented on the health care of the community is very evident. The quality of the healthcare centers has been improved significantly and as a result, the community of the New York state and that of country at large is very much satisfactory.
