[EXCERPT] . . . .
Chavez' weapon and its relationship to his line of work requires that simple activation of the weapon be instituted as a feature. The Glock's quick trigger could be understood as a means to protect Chavez at work even though it may have caused his accident. Looking to blame other is commonplace in today's world and litigation is often used as a method to determine blame. In this case the obviousness of the inherent dangers of guns should be placed as a primary standard for judging the legitimacy of this case.Recommendations
The manufacturers of Glock handguns should begin to take notice of a political shift towards an anti-gun stance that is being pursued by those who feel they are too dangerous to society. A counter-uprising in support of handguns is also being felt as well. Glock should take a common sense approach to this problem and argue the adage that materials and products themselves are neutral until a conscious person uses these products for their own volition. A legal battle appears to be brewing in the country and there is much intention to dissuade the citizens of this country to buying and using firearms. Glock needs to tackle this problem from this approach.
