There must be feedback arrangement after the message is delivered and then constant supervision of the subject after delivering the information. (Berry, 2007) So there is a need to be "health literacy" for using health information and can be annoying and fruitless to persons with lesser literacy skills. The study in 1992 conducted by the U.S. Department of Education, over ninety million adults have low literacy skills such that they have difficulty in performing simple tasks. There are many more that have great difficulty in understanding health-related information. Based on race, ethnic origins and a lot of social situation, including low income levels and poor understanding of language and those who are in pain or poor health require simplification of information first and foremost. (U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, n. d.) This can be achieved only by a joint effort of all concerned.
