This benchmarking phase will also show how effective process re-definition of patient-facing processes are, and will also provide insights into which areas of the healthcare providers;' patient care and records systems need the most work. Finally after all this is completed, the structure of a series of Web Services that are agile enough to respond to individual department, division and company needs can be implemented on a phased approach.
