on in Caribbean, Florida, South, Central, North America, and Hawaii. Our airline is characterized by a variety of planes, which the company boasts as the latest airbus fleet. From the main hub of our company, passengers can move to destinations such as Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, and Peru (Nicas, 2013).

A220 Aircraft: this is a mini airbus and it is the smallest aircraft that we use. It encompasses 130 seats, which are the biggest seats for this company. The seats feature six extra inches of headroom and legroom while the middle row has no seat. Despite being the smallest aircraft in the fleet, A220 boasts of the largest range of aircraft. Two galleys and two lavatories characterize it (Cameron, 2012).

A230 Aircraft: this year, we have embraced a new Airbus A230 aircraft to become one of the latest developments. A320 has a slight resemblance to A220 in terms of design. A230 is somehow longer and offers a seating capacity of 150 passengers. The major reason why this airbus is able to carry more passengers than A220 is its elongated body. Further, the airbus provides the biggest front seats and this leaves extra room for standardized leather seats. This airbus boasts on a range of 4,000 miles and two galleys and lavatories.

A231 Aircraft: A231 is the largest airbus in our company's fleet of planes. It has a total seating capacity of 240 passengers. As in A220 and A230, this plane features only six extra large front seats in the front row. This paves way for extra space for adding other standardized leather seats. This plane has a cruising speed of 630 mph, a range of 5,000 miles and characterized by two galleys and two lavatories (McCartney, 2013).

Routes

Based in Hawaii, we will operate on an overhaul of services from Hawaii to San Francisco, Delhi, Jamaica, Cuba, Grenada, Las Vegas, Mauritius, Nairobi, Miami, Washington, Boston, Shanghai, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Hong Kong, Barbados, Orlando, Manchester, New York, Togo, Mumbai, Sydney, Heathrow, and St. Lucia. Passengers who fly through London to Manchester are able to download their boarding passes on their mobile phones and use touch points, which makes their journey easy throughout the airports. This as an added advantage for the company is available online, printed passes and traditional passes. These fascinating benefits have been brought about by airport strategic, it, and E-business developments. This has met the demand and needs of customers who desire to use their mobile devices in managing their travel documents or those who cannot access printers (American Airlines, 2011).

We have introduced new flights to new markets of Hawaii to London via Heathrow and Manchester. The company will be operating five flights every day to London via Heathrow and Manchester (McCartney, 2013). These flights will be operating from the London terminal to Heathrow terminal and finally to London terminal using A231 plane. It is the first time for our Airline Company to operate on this route domestically forms Hawaii. This is a signal of a new era in this company, which meets regional needs for our overhaul services. Further, we provide the much-required choices for customers who fly between different cities. Manchester is our latest key airport with more than 70% of passengers flying to London and to majority of destinations we already serve such as Hong Kong, Cape Town, and Boston.

How the company is going to do things.

Our company seeks to be a market leader in the in Hawaii airline industry and globally. The company's targeted route network will enable it achieve these aspirations through the incorporation of destinations such as Africa, India, Caribbean, and the U.S. In the coming ten years, the company intends to scope as many awards as possible all related to quality service provision. This will eventually make it a leading airline operator in Hawaii (Cameron, 2012).

We are an independent airline company and our main successful competitors are the Hawaiian Airline on almost all the routes. Other players in this industry include Copco airlines, MBI airlines and United Delta airline. Our headquarters are based in Hawaii near Hawaiian airport with other offices overseas in Lagos, Tokyo, Hong Kong, South Africa, Caribbean, and U.S.. Our operation is based on two class of operation: economy class and upper class. The economy has been sub-divided into a premium economy and cabin, which covers all economy fares. We provide an array of facilities and services for the youth passengers (Nicas, 2013).

Compete with Hawaiian Airline

Competition in this industry will be harsh because we have been granted landing and take off slots to operate between Hawaii and London in a move to establish a new market niche. Previously, Hawaiian Airlines used these slots. We have struggled day and night to acquire the right to fly long and short distances, which is a huge challenge to Hawaiian Airlines. Our flights are battling for passengers across the global market and this means that we are offering some of the best flights and lowest costs. We provide our customers with an overhaul of services and they are entitled to enjoy the benefits generated by competition in the industry. Currently, we are working on a timetable with plans to introduce new flights to new destinations (American Airlines, 2011).

Hawaiian airlines have lost the right to fly to destinations such as from London to Scotland and from London to Moscow, our new airline will focus on capitalizing on these flights and destinations (McCartney, 2013). We have already introduced new flights from Hawaii to Manchester and Heathrow. This news comes as a big blow to Hawaiian Airlines, which are operating, on increasingly enormous costs. They intended to share costs associated with operation while reducing overhead. However, Hawaiian airlines are increasingly losing so fast and our new Airline is wiping out their profits. Hawaiian Airlines are currently operating on losses this year because of the challenges they are experiencing in London. Their operating losses have hit $240 billion only in last year. The Airlines have announced numerous restructuring plans, which include slashing half of their employees and axing a fleet of their aircrafts by half (Das & Reisel, 1997).
