An appreciation was made that, diversity in the workplace is relevant and inevitable owing to the diversity of the overall universe. The dynamic environments under which organizations operate in necessitating the need to have an element of dynamism in the organization for innovation purposes. This realization was achieved through the study, assessment and evaluation in a case study of an international organization factoring in their hiring practices and the resultant workforce diversity. The operation of the organization in a different market with different perceptions and preferences added weight to the need for inclusion and engagement of the differences embraced among the organization's stakeholders. Professional Utilization of the Insights
The appreciation of the differences in the background of the stakeholders will be made known and understood among the teams. This will be through sharing session where individuals will be encouraged the share with the group their unique core difference. The sharing between the stakeholders on different backgrounds will open the group to new perspectives of assessing and attending to matters. This would factor in a positive aspect of diversity and innovation of ideas that is easily embraced for cohesive action within the group.
Application of Course in Professional Life and at Work
The course ensured a complete understanding of the matters concerning onboarding and the importance of the diversity brought about by different backgrounds to the stakeholders. To facilitate more and deeper understanding different organizations with differences relating to their composition of diversity and inclusivity should have been considered.
The information obtained from the course will be used to conduct further studies on the inclusion of stakeholders and meaningful engagement of the workforce. The studies will be carried out through extensive case studies and evaluation of the theories of human resource management. The target of the studies would be to come up modules and manuals for application in ensuring inclusivity and embrace of the differences in the workforce and meaningful use to the diversity of the organization for better performance.
