[EXCERPT] . . . .
According to Hawkins, there is a definite way in which these three align with Porter's Differentiation force (Hawkins). These three are those vital inputs that converge to assure quality, deliverance, and hence nurture the output in acceptable and appreciative manner. (Hawkins). Differentiation is an exclusive trait that helps organizations overcome the price barriers in the marketplace within the industry giving it the latitude and competitive edge (Hawkins). In contemporary times, it is important for Whole Foods to keep visiting the Nadler-Tushman model while assessing its strategic goals in the face of changing economic horizons, competitive forces, and limitations forced on capital (property) investments. It is through congruence of these three factors (Environment, Internal Resources and Traditional values) that the company meets the strategic aims pursued by its Differentiation posture and keep ahead of its competitors as envisaged in its initialization. (Hawkins)."References"
