Individual StrengthsResearch analysis is definitely a forte of mine, and an asset I could bring to the team in a way to directly contribute to the deliverables of the project at hand. Specifically, I would be quite adept at determining the target audience for marketing materials and as a clientele basis based on research concerning market trends. The segmentation and differentiation of various traits and categorical characteristics that are by their very nature at least somewhat arbitrary and subjective appeals to my sense of analytical precision and hair-splitting, allowing me to confidently and minutely categorize market segments and appropriate approaches/offerings to attract them to the business venture. These skills and thinking patterns would also be highly useful I other deliverables.
Analysis of the competitive review would suggest models of business structure, customer interface, and product/service offerings as well when the proper precision and attention to detail is brought to bear on the issue, and this again plays to my intellectual strengths. Understanding the nuances in the variations that exist in the market already leads to a better understanding of the variations and opportunities best exploited by the proposed venture, and I feel that my analytical strengths would confidently and assuredly lead to such an understanding following the careful observation and description of market competitors by others. The same is true of menu preference analysis; while I do not feel that I have the adequate skills or knowledge base to conduct market research into menu preferences, I feel confident in my abilities to analyze the results from such research into a useful guid

As much as possible, local manufacturers and suppliers of all goods utilized in the operation of each individual cafe should be utilized. With the planned global reach of this business and its many outlets, store and regional managers must be granted a large amount of latitude in seeking out and making purchases, but keeping that in mind there are several known organizations that can help the company further its goal of sustainability, eliminating waste, and generally utilizing and encouraging practices that have a minimal impact on the environment, and a beneficial one whenever possible.
