Nursing recruitment and retention will be among the highest priorities for healthcare organizations for the next few decades or more. As the healthcare landscape continues to evolve as well as patient needs and demographics, there will almost undoubtedly be a shortage of trained professionals. Therefore there will be an incredible amount of competition for professionals in the industry with the proper certifications and credentials. As a result employee satisfaction will likely be among the forefront of priorities for individual organizations as they try to attract the staff that they need.

What I found most interesting about the article is the extent of resources that are necessary resources that are need to replace a postion.
