Similarly, they found it easy to interact with each other throughout their work regime. In modern days, the employability of an employee was seen to be directly influenced by the level of exposure and experience that they had with at co-curriculum activities. Most importantly, it was noted that most of the people who dwelled on the recruitment of new employees for companies had also adopted the same mechanism of hiring through insistence on co-curriculum activities. Conclusion
The studies showed that extra-curricular activities had an impact on the way employees attended to their work, how they interacted with each other and how they managed to win over their colleagues. This means that employees have a direct benefit when they engage in some co-curricular activities. Most employees premis their real recruitment studies in such circumstances. It brings much competence and ability to execute given tasks as well as the capacity to co-exist with the rest of the employees at work. The exposure and participation in extra-curricular activities also depend on the duration and level attained. The longer a person engages in these activities, the more varied the people he will meet and consequently, the better the performance shown at work.
