Education is important aspect and activity which has to be conveyed in an appropriate manner to ensure that the children secure and achieve credible and concrete understanding of the process and topic. It is important for the instructor and the school authority to ensure that the organization should fixed sufficient amount of resources in terms of finances and manpower to develop and broaden the horizon of the adopted teaching methodology, there is a need to consistent research in this sector, it is due to the fact that with the passage of time, and evolution of the technology, the mental frame of the learning child has enlarged, and the child of the present era is able to assimilate much of the leanings and teachings, as compare with the potential of the child of past. The student of the present era is more clever and thoughtful about the occurrence around him or her, the approach and the analytical and critical evaluation of the child has further developed, and this is the reason why we observe that the child of the present era is more adaptable. It is therefore important for the educational authorities to ensure continuity of research based activities. The research work will thoroughly assist the teachers, and help them in the selection of appropriate activities so that the students can be taught in effective and efficient manner, and at parallel, the adopted methodology will also nurture the understanding and skills of the student. It is also important for the teacher to take concrete measures to achieve the transformation of goals and thoughts. It has been experienced that students express their dislike towards the repeated practices, and sought changes. On the other hand it is difficult to impart changes after certain interval, however if for a teacher it gets difficult to impart change, the teacher should introduce certain other relevant activities in accordance with the interest of the children. Normally students express their dislike towards subjects of languages, and teachers certainly have to impart the grammatical aspects of language, which is itself a very dry and boring subjects, but if the teacher brings in relevant activities i.e. If the teacher plays certain movies i.e. animated, there is a possibility of not only improving the skills of the children, and but develop their interest in the class.
