Moreover, the average months by which all participants have worked for the company are 53.98 months. The results reveal that most of the participants have not worked for the company for up to 5 years before leaving. However, 58% of the participants are male employees, while 42% are female employees. However, 79% are a supervisor.However, the data analysis to determine the factors responsible for the high rate of employee turnover reveal that low pay (Mean=2.06), and lack of communication (Mean=2.21) are the major factors responsible for the high rate of turnover within the company.
Nevertheless, the results of the Question 1 reveals the Mean (2.82) showing that more than 50% of an employee still enjoy working with the company despite the high rate of turnover. Similarly, many workers also like the assigned shift (Mean=27.4) within the organization. The survey results also revealed that majority of workers agree that their assigned shift has been fulfilled based on the Mean value of 2.8. However, many workers have felt sick within last the month based on the Mean value of 2.79 of Question 4.
The results of the Question 5 reveal that many workers are averagely trained for the job with the Mean value of 2.88. Despite that the company carries a job training for workers, however, the result of Question 6 reveals that workers are not well paid (Mean =2.06). The outcome of the low pay has been attributed to the high rate of employee turnover in the company. Although, a large number of participants agree that their supervisors treat them fairly (Mean=2.87) and agree that their division treats them fairly (Mean =2.66) nevertheless, the question 9 reveals that t

The outcome of the overall survey reveals the Mean value (2.65) revealing that many workers are ready to stay with the company if the management can boost their morale such as improving effective communication with workers and increase worker payout. These strategies can assist the BIMS to boost employee morale, which will consequently lower the rate of employee turnover.
