In the 1960s, Albert Bandura conducted experiments on children who were asked to watch adults modeling behaviors with a Bobo doll. He found that children exposed to aggressive modeling would then conduct aggressive behaviors. Conversely, children exposed to non-aggressive modeling would themselves use non-aggressive behaviors.

If I wanted group members to love my group, I would have an initiation which was inclusive and positive. I would create an activity wherein the group members could interact with one another and have positive experiences with one another. This would build harmony and allow individuals to form bonds within the group.
24. How does Terror Management Theory explain the existence of prejudice?
Terror Management Theory explains prejudice in that the theory states we are always working for the preservation of our own lives. In this, we are ever competing with others for resources which will help us survive. At the same time, we have a desire to be immortal, which can happen through the production of children and the continuation of bloodline. Anyone who does not live like we do or look like we do is then a potential threat to our chances of propagation.
