[EXCERPT] . . . .

One research study has demonstrated that 87% of children who are clients of the child welfare system suffer from a physical, developmental or mental health deficiency (Wells et al., 2009)

Administrative health care has progressed immensely from the era of simple cost saving methods and cooperative patient health care. Traditional health care administrative activities such as health care provider contracting and networking continue to be central aspects in administrative health care design. The business environment of the health care services administrator has become amplified. The scope of administrative health care has been expanded to include diagnostic screening, peripheral health care services and disease administration initiatives. In addition, multi-level co- payment structures and previous health care client authorization has been applied in order to prevent an all around implementation of administrative health care . These measures combined, compose the current condition of administrative health care in order to minimize expenses, while providing enhanced health care services to the health care client (Eisenberg, 2005).

influence the production of health care services have been identified and classified. The use of technology in administrative health care has also been explored. The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act has motivated the health care administrators of medical care facilities to implement electronic health care records, computerized doctor's entries and bar coding for the pharmaceutical industry (Ferranti et al., 2010).
