[EXCERPT] . . . .
It has a corporate code of ethics, which states its values and business philosophy and the Company's conduct of operation (Ryan, 2014). Directors and employees of all levels are trained on these and required to comply with them as policies. The code deals with employee health and safety, antitrust and regulatory compliance, equal opportunities, non-harassment, and non-discrimination. It informs employees on how to report ethics violations, listed resources to help them in reporting these and how to make ethical decisions. It also states that retaliation for reporting such violations will not be tolerated. Comcast adopted an "open-door" policy, which lists workplace issues and ethical violations. And a toll-free business integrity phone line is open every day to receive reports of violations, anonymous or not (Ryan).BIBLIOGRAPHY
