Corporation LawThis form of civil law does not apply in a significant way to the everyday workings of a private security officer. While knowledge about how corporations operate may be helpful for individual investing, the practical applications are obviously limited.
Inheritance Law
This is another branch of law where a private security officer's examination of it does not significantly apply. This law deals with rewarding the appropriate parties of a deceased members property and possessions. Security officers may be called to a peaceful authority during an inheritance hearing outside a court room.
Family Law
Family law deals with the domestic and family issues and relationships. Security officers may be hired to protect certain family members in times of danger. Understanding what is allowed in legal documents such as restraining orders would definitely be helpful in this type of experience.
