Basic Concepts of Hospitality Management

The heritage obtained from the pre-industrialization era is a very significant cultural resource as well as one of the most intriguing aspects of the new tourism trends. Its basic local dimension is managing to enhance the economy in the regions marked by the availability of pre-industrial production, majority being on the countryside. That momentum has been supported by differing intensity levels, through the maintenance of the assumed projects as well as respect for the social, architectural and natural surroundings (Carlos et al., 2015). d natural surroundings where it diversifies tourist attractions and cultural resources. This particular heritage is the foundation for establishing a new, increasingly competitive product of tourism within the general framework of developing diversification in demand and supply (Carlos et al., 2015).

Interest in the pre-industrial heritage has gotten bigger, similar to our interest in any material remains from other eras and the growth of the heritage concept. Technical interpretation and aesthetic consideration are apportion of the basis of a kind of tourism of clear nostalgic feelings because of an archaic productive history, an essential precondition for industrialization that followed (Carlos et al., 2015). With respect to product and marketing development, division by age appears appropriate because notable distinctions in expectations and motivations were discovered (Carolin L, 2015).

Wellness Tourism

Cultural itineraries are among the current primary attractions for cultural tourism. In addition, they are a tourism planning device which favors sustainable growth. The design of these itineraries, however, ought to bear in mind that cultural tourism, with respect to sustainability, symbolizes the balance between the quality of the tourist experience and cultural resources and their presentation, and the life quality of the town that they belong to (Carlos et al., 2015). This result opens the door to product development, cross marketing and promotional approaches and new branding.

The common attribute in adventure, yoga, eco, religious / spiritual tourism and wellness tourism is the noble intention of constructive engagement with individuals, resources and cultures. Therefore, wellness tourism is an active encounter where a tourist aims to discover or restore balance and seek personal-actualization. Finding oneself and a society which shares a common interest are certainly essential ingredients of a wellness tourism encounter (Carolin L, 2015).
