[EXCERPT] . . . .
Both of these early constructivists are relevant to the research in question by helping us understand the drive and the need for both clarity, relevance, and above all, three issues that resonate with stakeholders: 1) Making sense of the environment through mutual understanding and interaction; 2) Using experience to develop and enhance knowledge, and 3) Understanding the uniqueness of both student and teacher within the adaptation and adoption of new ideas from a Central-Field perspective (Dougimas, 1998; Bronfenbrenner, 2005)Conclusions -- The major issues presented within this article focus on the way boundaries may be broken down between a centralized authority and a field operation. Within governmental and organizational policy, boundaries are part and parcel of any model. To ensure that appropriate policy materials that are based upon actionable research is vital to the educational community at large. It is through the effective dissemination that we thus find ways of modelling new processes that are useful, timely, and relevant to the modern classroom.
