Further, aggression in children is obviously not always a manifestation of ASD. Indeed, there are plenty of other disorders and social situations with children that can feed or lead to aggression. What is important is that the true reason and antecedent for the aggression is identified so that the correct pharmacological and behavior correction methods can be employed (Heflin & Alberto, 2001).

Conclusion

When it comes to ASD patients in schools, the organization that is the school system has to have the proper training resources and training in place when it comes to ASD children so that there is not a loss of time and efforts. The earlier that an effective intervention can be planned and the sooner that a child is confirmed to have an ASD disorder, the better off the child will be in the long run. If the diagnosis is completed early and the interventions are brought in immediately, the long-term prognosis for the child and how well they will progress into adulthood will tend to be so much better than if the diagnosis comes later and/or the proper interventions are not used early enough, if they are used at all.
